KANNA YOUTH FITNESS

AT KANNA FITNESS OUR SLOGAN IS “FIT FOR LIFE.” OUR YOUTH PROGRAM IS WHERE THAT JOURNEY BEGINS! KANNA YOUTH FITNESS CLASSES & PROGRAMS LAY THE FOUNDATION FOR LIFELONG HEALTH & WELLNESS, ATHLETICS, AND ENJOYING EXERCISE FOR YOUTH AGES 3 AND UP.

PRESCHOOL (3-6 year olds)

Preschool classes are designed primarily for ages 3-6 years. The emphasis in these classes is introducing functional movement exercises. This is done exclusively through fun and games. All exercises are unloaded for this age group.

FALL SESSION

Saturdays at 11:15 am (30-min classes)

Dates: 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22

Registration fees: $119 1x week, $25 single class

KIDS (1st - 6th Grade)

Kids classes are designed for elementary-aged children (1st-6th). The emphasis in these classes is on introducing functional movement exercises and applying them in a workout.

This is done through age-appropriate instruction, fun, and games. Lightly loaded exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls are introduced and used with this age group.

FALL SESSION

Tuesday at 6:00 pm (45-minute class) Dates: 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25

Saturday at 9:00 am (45-minute class) Dates: 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22

Registration Fees: $119 for 1x week, $229 for 2x week, $25 single class

TEENS (7th - 12th Grade)

Teen classes are designed for Middle School & High School aged youth (7th-12th). The emphasis in these classes is on further developing functional movement techniques as well as introducing the adult class structure. Although fun is still paramount, our young adult athletes are ready to bring more intensity to their workouts. Barbell exercises and strength training are incorporated into our teen's classes.

FALL SESSION

Tuesday at 4:45 pm (60-minute class) Dates: 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25

Thursday at 4:45 pm (60-minute class) Dates: 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27

Registration Fees: $184 for 1x week, $336 for 2x week, $25 single class

YOUTH STRENGTH (5th - 12th Grade)

Youth Strength class is designed for Middle School and High School students looking to learn proper lifting technique and use strength training to supplement sports and fitness. Each participant will have exercises tailored toward their unique goals.

FALL SESSION

Monday at 4:45 pm (60-minute class)

Dates: 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24 

Registration Fees: $175 for 1x week (15% off when registered for another class in the same session)
