Coach Cheri is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism coach, and is also a labor and postpartum doula.
She specializes in helping moms regain core strength and stability after pregnancy and birth. She also recognizes how important it is for new parents to find time to nurture their own physical and mental health.
In her classes, Cheri creates a compassionate space where you will feel welcome regardless of your past fitness experience. Her expert guidance ensures that every workout is personalized to meet your unique needs and to support your journey to a stronger core and pelvic floor. She also prioritizes teaching you about core function, so you can apply what you learn in class to your daily life.
Ask your doctor for their specific recommendations, but the general guideline is 6 weeks postpartum.
I haven't worked out before/during pregnancy, is this still for me?
Even more reason to start now! Our workouts are tailored to each mom. We can modify appropriately depending on your fitness level and where you are in your postpartum journey.
Do I need Fitness Experience?
No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!
Can my child come to class?
Yes! This is designed as a "Mommy and Me" class where your little one can hang out with you while you workout.
Do I HAVE to bring my child?
Craving a little dedicated Mom time? You can absolutely come solo.
Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at 10:45 am. You can choose to do one or both days (preference will go to those who can make both days). Sessions are 60 minutes long.

What is the baby age range?
Babies are usually anywhere from 6-8 weeks to 8 months for this program. Contact us if your baby is out of this range.
What if my child is upset during class?
That's the beauty of an all-Moms class; we understand blowouts happen, children need to be fed, or held, or talked to. Tend to your little one and hop right back into the workout!
What happens after 6 weeks?
After the session ends, we have a number of options: doing another Dumbbells and Diapers session, joining a small personal training group, or joining our large group classes.
